Membership & cancellation terms

Recurring billing. Seasonal Pass costs $10.99 every three calendar months. Annual Pass costs $19.99 every year. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Both automatically renew until canceled. The 50% welcome offer applies only to individual itinerary purchases.

Membership access. Both passes include all available city itineraries, Epic Road Trips, and the AI Travel Concierge. Destinations marked Coming Soon are available when released. Membership does not include lodging, restaurant meals, transportation, attraction admission, or travel reservations.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime in Plans & Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains until your current paid term ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. Separately purchased itineraries remain available. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Upgrades. An active Seasonal Pass can upgrade to Annual immediately with credit for unused Seasonal time. The charge is shown before confirmation, and Annual access starts after successful payment. Annual renews yearly after the upgrade.

Payment problems. Access continues during payment retries while the membership remains eligible. Access ends after the paid term or final failed payment cancellation. Manage payment methods and view invoices in Plans & Billing.

Privacy. Payment details are collected by Stripe. Getaway stores your account identifier and membership status to provide access. Never send card details through the travel concierge. Travel information is guidance, not a guarantee of availability, prices, or opening hours.
